45-year-old Joel Tracy Kellison, arrested by Chillicothe Police Department on a parole warrant for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $5,000
33-year-old Jaime Dawn Hughes, arrested by Carroll County officials on a Parole Violation Warrant for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $20,000.
20-year-old Jonathan Taylor Meservey, was booked on a Parole Violation warrant for alleged failure to register as a sex offender. Bond was set at $20,000.
