Chillicothe ghosts, goblins, and superheroes are invited to gather to trick-or-treat on the downtown square. MainStreet Chillicothe is hosting Boofest from 4:00 to 6:00 pm on Halloween.
This community event is a Chillicothe tradition, and MainStreet Chillicothe welcomes all businesses to participate. You just need to contact the MainStreet Office at 660-646-4071. There is no participation fee for this event but all donations to Main Street Chillicothe are appreciated.
On Halloween, an anticipated 1,500 children will come downtown. Businesses can set up their space with decorations and costumes.
Boofest is a great alternative for the children or can be added to the festivities for the evening.
