Three new trees were planted in the downtown area this fall. Main Street Chillicothe Director Tomie Walker says this is part of the downtown beautification.
Walker says they selected the Armstrong Gold Maples to be planted at 722 Washington Street, 710 Washington Street, and 611 Locust Street.
Main Street Chillicothe will work to maintain the trees and replace them as needed, as part of their annual budget.
