Cold and Flu Season is upon us and you can help yourself in preventing theses illnesses. Sarah Wood, Nutrition and Health Specialist for the University of Missouri Extension Program. Wood says both the Cold and Flu are spread easily.
She says there are steps you can take to lessen your chances of contracting these illnesses.
