The Livingston County Sheriff reported several incidents and arrests. Some of those include:
Incidents:
October 12th – began an investigation of property damage in the 600 block of Fellows in Utica. Someone had used a chainsaw to destroy a child’s fort and cut down several trees.
October 13th – began working an investigation on a possible sex offender registration violation.
October 13th – began an investigation of trash dumping on Liv 251 east of the railroad tracks.
October 17th – assisted the Chillicothe PD with a domestic investigation. That investigation led to a home outside the city limits where they could smell a strong odor of burning marijuana. The officers eventually made contact with the man, confiscated drug paraphernalia, and will forward the report to the prosecuting attorney.
October 17 the LCSO began an investigation of a possible burglary in the 24000 block of Liv 389.
Arrests:
October 8th – 41 year old Tracy Nicole Moseley of Utica, on a Pettis County arrest warrant for alleged Failure to Appear in Court.
October 9th – 46 year old Stephanie Marie Brownsberger of Chillicothe to serve 7 additional days for Possession of Controlled Substance.
October 10th – 30 year old Cynthia Renee Periman of Chillicothe on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Driving while Suspended/Revoked.
October 14th – 22 year old Marshall Lewis Moore of Utica following a traffic stop for alleged Driving While Intoxicated and Failing to Stop at a Stop Sign.
