The continued collecting of City of Chillicothe Personal Property and Real Estate Taxes by Livingston County was approved by the Chillicothe City Council.
Under the agreement, the city will pay 1 ½% of the sum collected on behalf of the city.
The contract would run from March 1st to February 28th and would renew each year unless terminated in writing by either party.
