A Coffey man has serious injuries and his passenger has minor injuries in an accident early Monday morning in Daviess County. State Troopers report 35 year old Brandon Bush of Coffey was flown to St Luke’s on the Plaza with serious injuries following the accident on Missouri 13, south of Gallatin. The accident happened about 5:10 am as Bush was southbound and 51 year old Steven Siegel of Gallatin, fell asleep and his pick-up crossed the center-line and hit Bush’s car head-on. Siegel was not injured in the accident. Bush’s passenger, 41 year old Jason Thomson of Hamilton had minor injuries and refused treatment at the scene. All three were wearing safety belts.
