The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department has a new Deputy to handle Courthouse Security and Courtroom Bailiff duties. Deputy Jay Shirley began working for the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department Monday, retiring after nearly 29 years as a Corporal with the Missouri Highway Patrol. Deputy Shirley lives in Utica.
