A Gallatin man was arrested by state troopers in Platte County Wednesday. Fifty-six year old Kirby G David of Gallatin was arrested at about 11:15 am for alleged possession of a controlled substance – prescription drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held at the Platte County Jail.
