A Carrollton man had moderate injuries in a single vehicle roll-over accident Tuesday morning in Carroll County. State Troopers report 29 year old Levi O’Neal of Carrollton had moderate injuries and was taken to Carroll County Memorial Hospital following the accident at about 7:50 am on Route UU, near CR 220. According to the report, O’Neal was northbound when he ran off the right side of the road and his car overturned. He was not wearing a safety belt.
