The Chillicothe Holiday Parade kicked off the Holiday season in Chillicothe Saturday morning. Chillicothe Area Chamber of Commerce Director Crystal Narr says “The Holiday Parade is a treasured community event that kicks off the local Christmas season.” She says “The Chamber is happy to be part of such a wonderful tradition.”
