The Livingston County Sheriff’s report for late June and early July includes several investigations and arrests.
June 28th, deputies responded to the 19000 block of LIV 351 for a disturbance. The disturbance was determined to have been only verbal in nature and the parties agreed to separate.
June 30th, deputy responded to the 21000 block of LIV 359 in Avalon for a disturbance. Investigation showed the dispute was verbal only in nature but did involve property damage due to one party punching the windshield of a vehicle.
July 3rd, deputy responded to the 100 block of Mansur Street in Chula for a disturbance with injuries. Parties were separated and no charges are pending at this time.
Arrests:
June 22nd, a deputy arrested 29-year-old Nathan Gamez of Illinois, for driving while intoxicated on US 36 near LIV 261. Gamez was processed and released.
June 28th, a deputy arrested 31-year-old Andrew Pisel of Illinois, for 95 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on US 36 near LIV 261. Pisel was processed and released after posting $250 cash bond.
June 29th, a deputy arrested 56-year-old Jennifer Reno of Cameron, for driving while intoxicated on US 36 West of Chillicothe. She was processed and released to a sober person.
July 5th, a deputy arrested 34-year-old Ian Bakk of Kansas, for 81 MPH in a marked 55 MPH construction zone on US 36 near US 65. Bakk was processed and released after posting $250 cash bond.
