Chillicothe Police officers are completing training with the FBI LEEDA Academy. Chillicothe Police Chief Jon Maples says LEDA provides three levels of leadership training.
Maples says they have three that just completed another level of training.
Maples says the goal is to have all of the Sargents complete all three levels, or the trilogy.
