A Kansas City man was arrested in Daviess County on Tuesday night at 9:05. Lawrence Olsen 55-year-old male was charged with failure to appear, trespassing on a Clay County warrant along with felony possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamines. Olsen was taken to the Daviess/Dekalb Regional Jail on a 24 hour hold.
