The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department transported eight detainees to the Missouri Department of Corrections. Seven were following court appearances. The list includes:
32 year old Adam Caudill of Wheeling sentenced to CODS – Court Ordered Detention Sentence – a 120 program on conviction for Stealing
38 year old Mathew Curtis of Chillicothe sentenced to CODS – Court Ordered Detention Sentence – a 120 program on conviction for DWI.
39 year old Jimmie Erwin of Bogard sentenced to 5 years on a Probation Violation – Possession Controlled Substance.
29 year old James Laughlin of Chillicothe sentenced to 2 years on conviction for Possession Controlled Substance.
39 year old Scott Robinson of St. Joseph sentenced to 7 years on a Probation Violation – Bad checks.
56 year old Gregory Spickerman of Minnesota sentenced to 2 years on conviction for Stealing.
36 year old Billy Williams of Chillicothe sentenced to 4 years on conviction for Possession Controlled Substance.
49 year old Gregory M. Anderson of Chillicothe on as Missouri Parole Warrant.
