Sixty-seven calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department Thursday. Some of the calls include:
9:00 AM, Officers called to the area of North Brunswick Street for a report of vandalism to a railroad car. Investigation is ongoing. If you have any information, please contact the police department.
9:30 AM, Officers assisted a citizen with stolen license plate.
10:30 AM, Officers were contacted about theft in the 900 block of Woodward Street.
10:45 AM, Animal Control following up on an animal neglect investigation
9:36 PM, Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of 3rd St. and Dickinson St. During the stop Officers made a search of the vehicle and located a controlled substance. The driver was arrested and later taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
