Two Danner Park projects have been delayed and liquidate damages will be assessed. City Administrator Roze Frampton says the Danner Park Parking Lot was to be completed already. She says they hope to see work taking place soon.
Ready to pave tomorrow (Wednesday).
For the Tennis Courts significant work is completed.
Fencing is up and the concrete color is applied.
Frampton says liquidated damages are assessed at $125 per day.
