Chillicothe City Attorney Robert Cowherd reminds Chillicothe residents they have a responsibility to shovel their sidewalks following a snow storm. That includes both in the residential areas and in the business district.
Property owners can be cited and fined. Police Chief Jon Maples says they would rather educate the public, but could write tickets if necessary.
