Chillicothe’s Colten Sewell went 6-0 and won the 126 pound weight class in the Pleasant Hill Wrestling Two-Day Tournament. Sewell had a bye, won with two pins, one technical fall and two matches by decision.
The Hornets Varsity team finished Second out of 26 teams with 437.5 points in the two day tournament. Kirksville won the team title with 500 points.
Placing Second for Chillicothe was Connor Keithley at 126 pounds, Lavery Jones at 138 pounds, Dawson Wheeler at 160 pounds, Matthew Callen at 220 pounds and Keegan Valdez at 285 pounds.
Finishing Fourth was Sheldon Rader at 106 with a 4-2 record and Donald McCracken with a 4-2 record.
Finishing Sixth was Aidan Zimmerman with a 3-2 record.
Kaleb Mullikin went 3-3 for 11th place and Evan Loucks went 1-5 for 12th place.
Spencer Cairns at 106 pounds wrestled as the Chillicothe Junior Varsity team. He went 3-3 to finish in 10th place.
