Several court appearances were held Wednesday.  Some of them include:

In Daviess County, a hearing in Circuit Court for plea and trial setting for Micah Samuel Ray on a charge of alleged Rape or attempted rape was rescheduled to February 5th.

The Livingston County Courts will be busy Wednesday with several cases set for appearances before Judge Leamer in associate court.  They include:

Cerrina Collette Anders appeared for a bond hearing on charges of alleged Property Damage.  She pled not guilty and will be back in court January 29th.

Sherri Lynn Gannan is scheduled for a preliminary hearing continued to January 22nd.

Hannah Marie Roney is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on two counts of alleged endangering the welfare of a child.  Continued to February 19th.

Joshua Alan Phelps has a bond appearance on a charge of alleged receiving stolen property.  His bond was set at $1,500 cash only.  A preliminary hearing is January 29th.  Phelps bond for  alleged receiving stolen property was set at $1,000.  The Preliminary hearing is January 29th.
