A report of two employees trapped in a grain bin Friday morning at the MFA facility near Hamilton, ended with one man dead and another taken to a Kansas City hospital. The Caldwell County Sheriff’s department and emergency services responded to the scene. Names have not been released.
Company officials report they will be conducting a thorough investigation into this incident.
