Jury Trial Scheduled For Douglas On More Than 17 Counts

A Jury Trial for 31-year-old Zachary W Douglas of Utica on multiple charges, including alleged furnishing pornographic material to a minor (x4), Sexual Misconduct, and sexual misconduct with a child under the age of 15, is now scheduled for October 24^th and 25^th in the DeKalb County Court in Maysville.  A pre-trial conference will be held September 13^th.

The Trial for 12 additional charges, including alleged Sexual Misconduct, furnishing pornographic material to a minor, 4^th degree child molestation (x2), sexual contact with a student (x4), statutory sodomy, and sexual abuse (x3), will be held at the same time.
