A State Trooper who was born in Chillicothe and graduated from Southwest Livingston County R-I has been promoted to Sergeant and Zone Supervisor. Corporal John “Clint” Gilliland will be promoted on June 1st. Gilliland has worked in Troop H, in northwest Missouri since 2007, and in 2014 was assigned to Zone 4, in Grundy, Livingston, and Mercer Counties, where in 2017 he became assistant Zone Supervisor.
