Grundy County Change Of Venue

A Saint James teacher accused of several crimes, including alleged statutory rape, will have her case heard in Grundy County under a Change of Venue.  Twenty-five-year-old Rikki Lyn Laughlin was charged in Maries County in October of 2023 with alleged possession of child pornography, tampering with a victim, statutory rape, sexual exploitation of a minor, tampering with evidence, furnishing pornographic material to a minor, and sexual trafficking of a child.

The case is currently assigned to Judge Steven Hudson.  No hearings are scheduled at this time.
