A resignation letter presented to the Livingston County Health Center Board of Trustees was considered by the board, but no decision was made. The board received the letter from Lori Hulett stating Dr Hulett’s desire to resign and be appointed an honorary member of the board was read by Chair Sonja Daley.
Daley questioned if Lori Hulett had the authority to tender Dr. Hulett’s resignation, and asked Attorney Robert Cowherd to determine if the doctor intended to resign or if she had the legal authority. The matter was tabled to the June Meeting.
An election of officers was held, and Sonja Daley nominated Clayton Vadnais for Board Chair. The vote was 2-2. Daley will remain Chair until an election decides on a change. Election of other officer positions was tabled to the June Meeting.
