The Lady Hornet golfers welcomed three opposing teams to Green Hills Golf Course on Tuesday. Chillicothe competed against Trenton, Hamilton and Meadville. In the 9-hole event, Chillicothe claimed the best team and individual score.
Lyla Oesch shot a match best 42 for the Lady Hornets, one stroke better than Isabelle Potts for Hamilton. Rounding out the team score for Chillicothe, Caylee Anderson finished 3rd overall with a 46, Gracelynn Barnett scored a 48 and Presley Rardon came in with a 49. As a team Chillicothe took first place with a 185 total, Trenton was 2nd scoring 233.
