Appointments to the Planning and Zoning Board and the Railroad Advisory Board were approved by the Chillicothe City Council.
Mayor Theresa Kelly recommended Theodor Eisenhut and Michael Johns to the Planning and Zoning Board.
The Mayor also recommended Lynn Leopard to serve on the Railroad Board.
The appointments were approved on votes of 5 to 0.
