The Chillicothe Hornets boys soccer team dropped a game to St. Joe Benton at home on Thursday night. The Hornets entered to contest winners of three straight but Benton broke the streak with a 3 goal victory. Benton’s Sylar Strong scored in the first half to give the Cardinals the lead. In the 2nd, Sam Reynoso added two more. Chillicothe’s Jesse Hughes compiled 15 saves in the game.
Next for the Hornets (5-10) is Senior Night at home on Monday against St. Pius.
