Two arrests are reported by State Troopers on Saturday.
At about 1:00 pm in Carroll County, Troopers arrested 44-year-old Jeffrey Greenslate of Chillicothe for alleged DWI – prior offender and careless and imprudent driving. He was taken to the Carroll County Jail on a 12-hour hold.
An Iowa man was arrested in Daviess County Saturday night. At about 10:08 pm, Troopers arrested 28-year-old Cesar A. Pescador Rubi of DesMoines, IA for alleged failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in a crash, driving with no valid license, and leaving the scene of a crash. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
