Chillicothe Police Report For Monday

Fifty-seven calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Monday.

At 6:27 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a possibly deceased person in the 1500 block of Maple St. The person was found deceased by probable natural causes. Officers were assisted by the Livingston County Coroner’s Office.

At 2:16 p.m., Officers took a report of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash in the 700 block of Elm St. The investigation is ongoing.

At 4:42 p.m., Officers took a report of child abuse/neglect in the 1100 block of Polk St. The investigation is ongoing.

At 5:23 p.m., a citizen called the Police Department with questions about a possible stolen vehicle. Officers spoke with the citizen and discovered the incident occurred in another jurisdiction.

Officers conducted traffic stops, business checks and responded to 57 calls for service on Monday, November 12th, 2024.
