As work continues on the construction of the Chillicothe Elementary School Superintendent Dr Dan Wiebers says a payment was requested by the Contractor, Lawhon Construction.
Payment of $731,019 plus a retainage for additional work.
Dr Wiebers says there is an amount withheld for the project not being completed on time.
For liquidated damages.
He says there are also some last-minute change orders that will adjust the final figures on the building.
