Court Appearances For First Week Of December

Several court appearances are scheduled for just after the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Chad Michael O’Bryan will be in Livingston County Associate Court for a preliminary hearing on December 2nd on two counts of alleged unlawful use of a weapon.

Scott A Marriot will be in Daviess County Circuit Court on December 4th for Sentencing on charges of Child Molestation of a child under the age of 12, Statutory Sodomy for a child under the age of 14, and Sexual Exploitation of a minor child.  The hearing is set for 10:30 am.

Marriot will also have Plea and Trial Setting on charges of alleged Sexual misconduct, Assault, and 3 counts of Child molestation with a child under the age of 12.

Anthony Joel Carter will be in Livingston County Associate Court on December 4th for a preliminary hearing on charges of alleged endangering the welfare of a child, statutory rape, and 2 counts of statutory sodomy.

Charles Gail King will have his initial appearance in Livingston County Associate Court December 4th for alleged unlawful use of a weapon.

Chase Jordan Fantazia is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on December 4th in the Livingston County Associate Courtroom for alleged receiving stolen property.

Wendall Dean Martin will have a Preliminary Hearing in the Linn County Court on December 5th for alleged 2 counts of Sexual abuse, 2 counts of Incest, 3 counts of Statutory Sodomy, and 2 counts of Child Molestation.

Macie N. Parrent will have a Counsel Status Hearing in the Linn County Court on December 5th for alleged possession of a forging instrument and three counts of forgery.

Terry Lane Nichols, Jr will be in the Livingston County Circuit Courtroom on December 5th for plea and trial setting on charges of 2 counts of alleged possession of a controlled substance.
