The layout of the railroad in Chillicothe’s new Industrial Park will be the job of McClure Engineering, The Chillicothe City Council approved an amendment to the engineering services contract at Monday’s Council meeting. City Administrator Roze Frampton says this is the first Task Order approved by the council, with a cost of $113,000.
To get the railroad into the park and easements within the park.
Frampton says this is not the construction of the railroad, but just the layout needed to move forward.
