Kansas City Man Arrested In Daviess County

A Kansas City man was arrested by State Troopers in Daviess County Wednesday afternoon.  Twenty-eight-year-old Michael D. Parker was arrested at about 1:43 pm for charges that include: Valintine’s Law (Fleeing Police), Careless and Imprudent Driving, No Valid Plates, No Insurance, Speeding, and a Stop Sign violation.  He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
