New Filing Creates Contested Race For 3rd Ward Council Seat

Election Filing Continues for one more week, ending December 31^st.

The City of Chillicothe received another filing Monday.

Manuel Morales filed for 3^rd Ward Chillicothe City Council.

That creates a race for the Third Ward Chillicothe City Council Seat as Morales will face incumbent Stacey Soper.
