A woman has been arrested by the Chillicothe Police Department following the investigation of several incidents of property damage. The incidents are alleged to have occurred Monday morning. The woman allegedly broke windows out on several vehicles. She is held pending formal charges and will be taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
