A Chillicothe man charged with possession of a controlled substance will spend two years in Prison. Thirty-six-year-old Terry Lane Nichols, Jr was sentenced in Livingston County Circuit Court after entering a plea of guilty. The sentence will be served consecutive to any other sentence.
