Health Center Board Bylaws Review

The Bylaws of the Livingston County Health Center Board were reviewed in a special meeting.  Board President Catherine Hamilton says the board did a full review of the bylaws, in order.  The board made changes that included grammatical corrections and what she called smaller changes that were not significant.

Hamilton says it was an agreeable meeting and they approved the changes.

If there are additional bylaw concerns in the January and February meetings, they will handle those items. The changes made by the board will take effect after 30 days.
