A Navy Airman who attended Chillicothe High School and Grand River Tech is currently serving on the USS Ronald Reagan, a Nimitz-class aircraft carrier. Airman Benjamin Brooks, from Chillicothe, serves on the ship which was recently at Naval Base Kitsap in Bremerton, Washington.
The Ronald Reagan provides a combat-ready force that protects and defends the United States and supports alliances, partnerships, and collective maritime interests in the Indo-Pacific region.
