Two arrests are in the report from the Missouri Highway Patrol for the overnight hours.
In Randolph County at about 11:55 pm, troopers arrested 40 year old James Monning of Brunswick was arrested for alleged Possession of marijuana – prior offender and no seatbelt. He was held at the Randolph County Jail.
In Daviess County at about 12:15 this morning, Troopers arrested 28 year old Christopher Snow of Bethany on a St. Joseph warrant for alleged failure to appear on a registration violation. He was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending the posting of bond.
