Recent Court Cases

A Chillicothe woman was sentenced to 4 years in Prison after she pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance.  Charges of stealing and elder abuse were dismissed in exchange for the plea.  Tammy Lynn Stark was sentenced Thursday by Judge Ryan Horsman.

A Stanwood Washington man pled guilty to Resisting Arrest.  Riley A. Hodgin entered the guilty plea in exchange for dropping the charge of tampering with physical evidence.  A sentence of 4 years in prison and 5 years probation is recommended.  Sentencing is set for May 1st.

A Chillicothe man facing two counts of alleged unlawful use of a weapon had a Jury Trial set for April 16th in Livingston County.  The case against Chad M. O’Bryan has a change of venue and will be heard in Daviess County.  Plea and Trial setting is set for April 16th.
