At 12:25 p.m., Officers arrested a 24-year-old woman on a Daviess County warrant for a traffic violation. She was unable to post the required bond and was transported to the Daviess-DeKalb County Regional Jail.
At 1:21 p.m., Officers took a report of stealing in the 700 block of Webster St. The investigation is ongoing.
Saturday:
At 12:25 a.m., while Officers were conducting a business check, they located an open door to a closed business in the 300 block of S. Washington St. The key holder was contacted, and the business was secured.
At 7:03 p.m., while at the Police Department, Officers took a report of stealing. The investigation is ongoing.
At 8:17 p.m., Officers arrested a 23-year-old man and a 19-year-old man following a traffic stop in the 200 block of N. Washington St. for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers were assisted by Capt. Grider and K9 Enoch. The men were transported to the Caldwell County Detention Center on 24-hour holds pending the filing of formal charges.
At 10:04 p.m., Officers took a report of stealing in the 1300 block of N. Washington St. The investigation is ongoing.
At 11:32 p.m., Officers arrested a 32-year-old man for DWI in the 600 block of W. Bus. 36 Hwy. The man was transported to the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold.
