McCann Transferred From Prison To Appear In Livingston County Court

A Chillicothe man held at the Northeast Correction Center will be in Livingston County Court on Thursday for three cases.  Thirty-nine-year-old Steven Robert McCann was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on a Writ to appear in Livingston County court on Thursday.  McCann faces a charge of alleged stealing from October of 2022, charges of alleged receiving stolen property and unlawful possession of a firearm from February of 2023, and alleged burglary and stealing from March of 2024.

McCann is scheduled to appear in court Thursday at 9:00 am before Judge Ryan Horsman for plea and trial setting in each case.

McCann is currently serving a three-year sentence after he pled guilty in 2023 to a charge of Possession of a controlled substance.
