Chillicothe Tennis Holds Off Trenton

The Chillicothe Hornets tennis team won another duel by a score of 5-4, this time against Trenton.  The #1 doubles team of Ray Pina and Hayden Chapman were unable to beat Trenton’s duo of Dixon and Lasley, falling 8-1. However #2 doubles, Austin Covert and Hyun Lee won 8-4, while the Hornets #3 doubles team, Aaron Snider and Dustin Citron, also earned a win.

 

In singles the Hornets were able to split with Trenton. #4, #5, #6 players, Lee, Snider and Citron gave Chillicothe enough points in the duel to win back to back matches this week. Chillicothe boys tennis is now 4-5 on the season.
