Chillicothe Police Report For Tuesday

Seventy-six calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Tuesday.  The calls include:

At 1:33 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Virginia Ave.

At 1:19 p.m., Officers were dispatched to suspicious activity in the 2700 block of Tomahawk Rd.

At 7:53 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a possible illegal burning in an alley between Broadway and McVey St.’s.  Contact was made and the people who agreed to put out the fire.

t 9:17 p.m., Officers arrested a 30-year-old woman on a Sullivan County warrant for a traffic violation. The woman had surrendered herself at the Police Department. She posted bond and was released.

Officers also handled animal control calls, well-being checks, reports of suspicious activity, and tried to locate a reported drunk driver.
