The Chillicothe City Council executive session included several personnel items.
For the Chillicothe Police Department, the city approved hiring Jared Kaler as a full-time police officer at $22.55 per hour, pending results of the pre-employment physical. He is scheduled to start May 7th.
For the Chillicothe Fire Department:
The council approved promoting
Josh Kelly to Lieutenant/Paramedic, at $24.33 an hour
William (Billy) Cummings to Engineer/Paramedic, at $22.89 an hour
Tim Danner to Engineer/Paramedic, at $22.89 an hour
Justin Bachman from On Call Firefighter to a Full-time Firefighter/EMT, at $18.70 an hour
They also hired Drake Parker as Fire Fighter/Paramedic, at $21.35 an hour
These all took effect May 1st.
