Two bookings into the Caldwell County Detention Center for Livingston County are reported by the Sheriff’s Department.
At 9:00 am, 55-year-old Jay Dee Shirley of Carrollton was booked into the jail to begin serving his sentence of 15 days for 1st degree sexual misconduct. He will also serve two years of probation.
Also at 9:00 am, Deputies booked 40-year-old Nicki Dawn Howe of Mooresville on a warrant for alleged driving while revoked or suspended. Bond is set at $10,000 cash only.
