A Norborne man was arrested by state Troopers in Carroll County early this morning.
Nineteen-year-old Adrian L. Bates was arrested at 2:32 am for alleged fleeing, DWI, no headlights, failure to signal, failure to maintain the right lane resulting in a crash, displaying the plates from another vehicle, failure to register a vehicle, and no seatbelt. He was taken to the Carroll County Jail, processed and released.
