ATV Crash Injures Two – One With Serious Injuries

An ATV crash on Tuesday evening in Moniteau County, west of Jefferson City, left two Polo residents with injuries.  State Troopers report the driver, a 54-year-old man, had serious injuries, while his passenger, a 50-year-old woman, had moderate injuries.  The report states they failed to make it up a hill, and the ATV overturned and pinned both the driver and passenger.  Both were taken to University Hospital in Columbia for treatment.  They were not wearing helmets.,
