The Chillicothe Board of Public Works will hold its next regular meeting on Tuesday, June 23, at 8 a.m. in the Municipal Utilities conference room.
Among the items on the agenda is consideration of bids received for the replacement of the Municipal Utilities office building roof. Board members are also scheduled to hear reports from the electric superintendent, water resources superintendent, operations manager, finance director and general manager.
Additional business includes approval of board minutes, salaries and invoices, along with any public comments presented during the meeting.
Following the open session, the board is expected to enter into a closed executive session to discuss personnel matters as permitted under Missouri law before reconvening in open session.
The next regular meeting of the Board of Public Works is scheduled for Tuesday, July 7, at 8 a.m. in the CMU conference room.
